                    This application can be viewed best on a Desktop or Laptop. Read all the instructions carefully
                    till the end for the entire admission process (given on the website).

                    For class 1 your child is eligible for admission ONLY if he or she is born between
                    
                        1st July 2018 till 31 Dec 2019
                    (both dates inclusive).

                    While filling the form, you are requested to give the correct information, upload correct documents
                    and be vigilant. Forms filled with mistakes or any wrong or false information or false documents,
                    application will get disqualified automatically for the next process. The school is not responsible
                    for such rejection of forms.

                            Online filling up the form starts with
                            'Registration for the application'
                            by entering basic details of a child seeking for admission (enter correct and active email
                            address).

                            You will receive emails at the email address provided. So, kindly make sure you have enough
                            space to receive emails. If your inbox is full, kindly delete some emails to receive fresh
                            emails.

                            Upon successfull registration, you will receive an email containing your login credentials
                            and form number. You can also login using your "Application Form Number".

                            With these login details, you can login and complete the 6 steps of filling application form

                                        Application form fee
                                     is payable at the time of document verification process, the amount payable
                                    will be notified later in the schedule email.

                    Fill the form carefully and check the details before submitting the form online.

                    After completion of registration process, parent can login with either their
                    
                        username and password
                     or 
                        Application Form Number
                    
                    and can always view and download/print application form as well as can check their application
                    status time to time from the dashboard.

                    Parents will receive an email
                    
                        stating Date and time allotted
                    
                    for the first round of documents verification.

                    No forms can be filled online after the dates mentioned on the website. No forms can be submitted
                    at school after the date and time slot allotted for verification of documents.
                    
                        Only the forms which are verified and submitted at the Dominic Savio Vidyalaya counter on the
                        allotted day and time will be valid applications, others all will be automatically cancelled by
                        the system.

                    The form is to be printed by the users of the site using their own resources. Non-printed
                    applications are invalid. Please do not make corrections in filled-up forms by hand. Such forms will
                    be rejected. These forms are non-transferable.

                    Please note that submitting the Admission Form does not guarantee automatic admission. The form
                    should be submitted on the date and time provided through email, by both the parents and the child,

                             - Aadhar card must have complete name and full Date of birth (Name -
                            Child's name + Father's name+ Surname) and (DOB - Date/Month/Year of birth)

                            PAN & Aadhaar Card of both the Parents.

                            Caste Certificate in the name of the Child (if
                            applicable).

                            Medical Fitness Certificate of the Child.

                            Latest Mark Sheet, Identity Card & Fee Payment Receipt for the entire year of the
                            Candidate's Siblings, who are studying in Dominic Savio Vidyalaya. (Please bring the
                            original documents for verification. It will be returned immediately after verification.)
                            Important - Siblings mean Real brothers or sisters studying in Dominic Savio Vidyalaya and
                            not cousins.

                                The application for admission will not be considered if any of the required documents
                                are invalid or incomplete.
                            
                        
- 
                            Catholic candidates must attach the latest Baptism Certificate along with a letter from the
                            Parish Priest.
                        
 
- 
                    Application fees need to be paid online at the time of filling out the form. A 'Platform Fee' is
                    charged additionally as part of the 'Payment Gateway Fee' and is not collected or managed by the
                    school. If your application is rejected, you are not liable for any refunds toward expenses incurred
                    during the online admission process. Similarly, if admission is granted, and after that, the parent
                    wishes to cancel the admission, no fees will be refunded.

                    All the communications regarding document verification schedule and status will be done through
                    Emails and the Online Admission Portal. Please do not disturb any of the school authorities.
                
- 
                    Beware of unscrupulous intermediaries who for their gain, offer to intervene on your behalf. You
                    could be deprived of both the admission of your child as well as your hard-earned money. The school
                    entertains no agents and is not responsible for any promises made by anyone regarding admission.
                
- 
                    On account of the good reputation of Dominic Savio Vidyalaya, the number of applications that we
                    receive is well over the number of children that we admit. This, therefore, results in
                    disappointment to all who cannot be accommodated. While we do understand your concern as a parent,
                    we trust you will appreciate our constraints in case your child is not admitted. After announcements
                    of the admissions (as all seats would be filled up), it would not help to seek an appointment to
                    request special consideration. Your cooperation and understanding would be appreciated.

                    We have limited seats and therefore, no reasons will be given for the non-selection of the
                    candidates. The fact that the candidate's sibling is already studying in this school doesn't
                    guarantee you an admission. The admissions are solely at the discretion of the Management. Any
                    attempt to bring pressure or recommendation from influential persons will mean the disqualification
                    of the candidate. The Management will not entertain any political interference in the admission
                    procedure.

                    The online application process is provided as a privilege, not a right, and shall not be abused.
                
- 
                    Any attempt to subvert, play, or reverse engineer the online system will be reported to the IT cell
                    of Mumbai Police. For security reasons, we are tracking the IP addresses of all applicants and will
                    retain it until the admission process is over.
                
- 
                    The jurisdiction of the school management will be final and binding in case of any disputes.
